Details of Services |
From 14 October 2001 St Andrew's has two Morning Services. The reasons for this change are explained on the Bursting at the Seams page. The service at 9:15 is more formal, with robed choir. The service at 10:45 is a contemporary service with activities appropriate for all ages. A theme is followed each term and further details can be found on the Morning Service and the Evening Services pages.
Children are valued members of our church family and we aim to provide activities for them on Sundays and through the week that will help them grow and develop. Crèche for under 3s operates throughout every 10:45 morning service. Youngsters leave after the first part of the service and meet in the Stable Rooms adjacent to the church for the J'Zone Club. Scramblers (3-5s), Climbers (5-7s) and Explorers (7-11s) are the groups for the children.
Pathfinders meet in a local home near the church. This is for 11 - 14 year olds. Child care is not available at the 9:15 service. Please contact the church office if you require more information.
Prayer ministry is offered after every Morning Service.
Changes to the pattern of Sunday services and details of many other Church activities may be found on the Diary page.
