Morning Services |
Please note that there are two main morning services, at 9:15a.m. and 10:45a.m. Apart from the first Sunday of each month, the sermon will be repeated at both services. All Age Services will take place at the 10:45a.m. service on the first Sunday of each month. Child care is not available at the 9:15a.m. service. At 10:45a.m. the children will be with the adults in church for the start of the service and after about 20 minutes leave for their various activities in The J'Zone Club and Pathfinders.
The sermon series for the summer term will, after the Feasts of Ascension, Pentecost and Trinity Sunday, focus on the signs and sayings in John's Gospel. These seven signs that John relates reveal much of the nature and character of Jesus. There will be an introduction to the series and an overview of John's Gospel on Sunday 1 June at 19:00.
There will only be one morning service at 10:30 throughout the main holiday period in August. This short series will give us opportunity to look at some of the many prayers recorded in the Bible. These will be the prayers of key Old Testament characters.
